DVD Playback errors
Windows Explorer is the guts/control center of the operating system. When it keeps freezing and can't even recover from problems (you often have to reboot to get Windows Explorer I also have Windows XP Pro and Media Center machines that have performed just as well. Yes, it is nice to say good bye to crashing.

On the phone, they're telling me that this is a known issue with Media Center, and that stand by was designed only for notebook computers. Is this correct? I have been unable to set up the tuner because Windows Media Center keeps crashing with the totally useless message, "Windows Media Center has Stopped Working." It might help for you to know I'm using Windows XP Media Center Edition and the computer is only 5 days old so I'm just at a loss.
